Is there a guarantee for success?

Many people have found that Life & Wellness Coaching has a very positive impact on their lives. We are therefore confident about offering you a money back guarantee if you find for whatever reason that you are not satisfied with your coaching.

As part of the process you and your coach will also both be able to see whether the program needs to be terminated because you no longer need coaching. You can then decide if you want to end your coaching program or go for new goals. Any fees that you have paid in advance for future sessions will be refunded to you immediately if you decide to terminate the program.


How long should I work with a Life and Wellness Coach?

We recommend a minimum of 6 months with one session a week or every two weeks. Most of our clients have found that working with us over a period of 12 months is optimal. They move past their presenting issues within the first few months and the rest of the time work towards discovering their full potential and realising new dreams.


How often do we have to meet?

We can carry out the sessions over the phone or you can come to our premises if that is more convenient for you. How often depends on the coaching program you have chosen.

What happens during a Life & Wellness Coaching program?

The first thing you do is think about where you are and where you want to be. So prior to starting a coaching program you fill out a questionnaire which is designed to give and your Coach clarity over what is happening in your life and the areas where you need assistance. Based on what you write, we plan on how to propel you forward.

Experience shows that many people just 'settle' for things as they are. They experience stress or frustration or pain and become used to it. The same people then wonder why they don't get the results they want.

What is a BREAKTHROUGH SESSION?

This is an exciting session designed for when you wish to rapidly blast through a specific issue in any area of your life and find a resolution for it. It lasts around 6 hours in total with 2 x 2.5 hour sessions and a 1-hour follow-up.


What s NLP?

Nero Linguistic Progranming is about the relationships between these 3 elements:

  Neuro - is the mind and how we think
  Linguistic - is how we use language to communicate with ourselves and others
  Program - is our patterns of behaviour and emotions, which create our outcomes

NLP is a powerful change management tool that transforms the way people think so that they can transform their personal and professional lives. It helps us to understand how we process information that comes to us from outside and also how we communicate with ourselves and others. This then enables us to identify and understand behaviours or patterns that don't work for us and transform them to ones that do.

As easy way to think of it as your mind being like a computer. When you are born, 'software' is installed in your brain. You are 'programmed' though language and watching and listening to your parents, teachers and others. Some of these programs are great when you are a child and even when you are an adult. However depending on the experiences you have, other programs may not work so well or may just be outdated. NLP is like installing an updated version of the software so that the 'computer' (your mind) runs better than ever before.

NLP is also about modelling excellence. By recreating a role model's beliefs, values, internal dialogue, and psychology, you too can create the same results in your life.

NLP employs a series of t echniques which facilitate the release of extreme emotional tension or trauma associated with past events so the event no longer has an emotional impact. What is Meditation?

Meditation is a holistic discipline where the practitioner attempts to move beyond the reflexive, "thinking" mind into a deeper state of relaxation and/or awareness. Meditation is a component of many religions, and has been practiced since ancient times. Today it is also practiced outside religious traditions. Different meditation disciplines cover a wide range of spiritual and non-spiritual goals; achieving a higher state of consciousness or enlightenment, developing and increasing compassion and loving kindness, receiving spiritual inspiration or guidance from God, achieving greater focus, creativity or self-awareness, or simply cultivating a more relaxed and peaceful frame of mind.

We meditate by noticing our own body, where it is & how it feels right now. We notice the breath, which begins the journey from the outer world to the inner world. As we practice this simple but profound technique of becoming present we become aware of important sensations, emotions, & feelings that we previously blocked out & overlooked due to focusing our attention only on past or future.

If you just stop right now and focus only on your breath going in and out of your nostrils and then.ask yourself the question, “At this very moment in time, what is the problem?”
You will be met with the response, “Nothing.”

All of our problems or issues or concerns are simply a negative reflection of the past or a fearful projection of the future. When we are totally present in the moment we are able to experience the true nature of bliss. This is what medition helps us achieve.

Once we are in touch with the breath which is our No.1 resource, we can then guide our breath in a way that relaxes our body & mind through the release of hormones in the brain. Breathing techniques are a very important part of meditation because everything stems from the air we inhale & exhale. What is Reiki and Energy Healing ?

Reiki is a Japanese technique founded by Dr Mikao Usui for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying the hands on the person or from a distance. It is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. No one can fully explain how this is possible, just know that if our "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. This invisible “life force energy” has been effective in helping virtually every known illness!

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. In fact, Reiki is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not.

While Reiki is not a religion, it is still important to live and act in a way that promotes harmony with others. Usui the founder of the Reiki system of natural healing, recommended that we practice certain simple ethical ideals to promote peace and harmony, which are almost universal across all cultures. A Reiki Treatment

Reiki healing can be given anywhere at any time as no special equipment is needed.
The recipient simply lies on a couch and relaxes or sits in a comfortable position. Clothing is kept on as Reiki will pass through anything. The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively in a sequence of positions which cover the whole body so that the whole person is treated. Reiki flows to the areas of need, soothing pain and supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself.
A full treatment usually takes 1 to 1½ hours with each position held for several minutes.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
